Jim Bagnato

Jim has a passion for helping individuals and families gain clarity and confidence in their financial lives. He strives to understand their motivations and guide them toward meaningful financial decisions. Jim believes that strong relationships are the foundation of great service and is energized by the opportunity to support clients in achieving their goals.

Jim brings more than 30 years of experience in product management and development across the telecommunications, technology, and chemicals industries. He joined Mercer Advisors in 2025, following his tenure at Charter Communications. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Duke University.

Outside of work, Jim enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, and exploring the outdoors in Colorado. He is the proud father of three adult children and a growing number of grandchildren. Committed to giving back, Jim has served as a mentor in several community programs.
