She is constantly inspired by Wayne Gretzky’s quote, “You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.” As the initial point of contact for clients, Haylie is committed to making everyone feel appreciated, valued, and welcomed. In 2020, she began her journey in financial services, subsequently becoming a valuable member of Mercer Advisors in 2022. Outside the office, she enjoys basking in the sunny outdoors.
