Chad in real life
What makes you tick?
Growing up in Iowa, my father was a farmer and passed away far too young, leaving my mother to navigate both the family’s finances and key farm decisions on her own. Seeing the stress she carried inspired me to help other families feel secure and supported.
What keeps you busy outside of work?
Enjoying all the amazing outdoor activities that Central Oregon has to offer is a must. But most of my time outside work is spent supporting my three daughters as they dive into school, arts, and sports activities. Watching them grow into confident, creative, and driven young people is by far my favorite way to spend my time.
Favorite thing about where you live?
My wife and I moved to Central Oregon in 2005, searching for the perfect place to raise our family and where we would want to spend our time. Bend checked all the boxes — beautiful mountains, rivers, and endless outdoor adventures. We love camping, rafting, and hiking whenever we can.
