Workshop Cancellation Policy

Tuition and Deposits:

A deposit is required to register for any of the Mercer Advisors workshops. Tuition covers all class materials, instruction fees, a course manual, breakfast and lunch. Airfare, accommodations and other personal expenses are not included in the tuition fees. All fees for Mercer Advisors courses and seminars are due in full 14 days prior to the scheduled course date.

Cancellation:

Once registered for a course, you may reschedule your attendance so long as you provide notice to Mercer Advisors at least 30 days prior to the commencement date of the course. In such event, no refund will be given, however, each person’s tuition will be applied to a future Mercer Advisors’ course of your choice to be used within the next 12 months. In the event you do not provide Mercer Advisors with at least 30 days notice, no refund shall be issued and you will not receive any credit towards a future Mercer Advisors’ course.
