Howard Rochestie is one of the nation’s premier experts in teaching others how to optimize their personal, professional, and financial lives, and he has been instrumental in guiding thousands of dentists, physicians, and other business professionals across the country in their efforts to optimize their financial future.
A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Howard also received his Juris Doctorate at George Washington Law School and his Masters of Law at Harvard, where he taught as a part-time instructor and helped develop the first clinical education program for law schools.
In addition to his educational pursuits, Howard is also a highly successful businessman and entrepreneur who started his own company and quickly grew it to 22 locations, allowing him to retire at the age of 37. In retirement, Howard became a client of Mercer Advisors and quickly recognized and identified with the organization’s mission. This led him to come out of semi-retirement and accept a leadership role with the organization.
Over the past 20 years, Howard has served as one of the organization’s key driving forces, helping grow the firm into a multi-million dollar enterprise with nine offices across the country serving more than 5,700 total clients. His current focus is on teaching and guiding others on how they can tap into their unrealized opportunities and build a solid, secure, and healthy financial future.

Gene St. Louis has spent her 29-year career in dentistry and practice management. She held clinical positions, office manager, and business coordinator positions before becoming a practice management consultant in 1993. She started her own company, which she built into a highly successful firm with a team of consultants and hundreds of clients nationwide. As a visionary and coach at heart, Gene has shared her knowledge of how to create and maintain thriving dental practices and motivated many dentists throughout North America. She joined her company with Mercer Advisors in 2006 to extend teaching opportunities to include in-depth Mercer Advisors continuing education workshops.
Mark T. Murphy, DDS, FAGD

Dr. Murphy brings more than 25 years of experience in the dental and dental laboratory professions, and more recently in the dental manufacturing industry. He attended the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, graduating Suma Cum Laude in 1981. Dr. Murphy worked as a lab technician and practiced general dentistry in Rochester Hills, MI, before embarking in 1985 on a professional relationship with the Pankey Institute, where he has served as a faculty member, presenter, trustee and consultant.
Dr. Murphy has also been a featured presenter and President of the National Dental Network, a Dental Representative with IdentAlloy Council and the Business Management Committee, a Board Member of NADL Foundation, and the Director of Education and Vice President of Operations (Employee Engagement, Marketing & Cultural Development) with DTI (Dental Technologies, Inc.). In addition, he has lectured internationally on a range of subjects including Practice Management, Philosophy, Communication, Case Acceptance, Implants, Materials, Occlusion, and TMD.
Before earning his DDS, Dr. Murphy completed a BS (Biology) at the University of Detroit. He is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon as well as several dental associations and groups. He and his wife Denice have been married for 30 years and they have two adult children, Mark (27) and Kimberly (24), both married in 2007.
