The Transitions Strategic Advisor is leader of your Transitions team, architect of the transition, quality control manager and your touch point for each major step in the process.
The Transitions Consultant works closely with you, your Strategic Advisor, CPAs and attorneys to structure your deal, oversees the documentation for your transition’s agreements and transactions, and collaborates with your local counsel to facilitate closing.
The Senior Financial Analyst oversees the transition’s complex financial modeling, performs analyses, prepares various transition scenarios and valuations, and presents them to you throughout the process.
The Client Relationship Manager ensures that you feel connected and informed every step of the transition. He or she will set up teleconferences with you and the teams, facilitate data collection, and work with your local advisors to ensure that all paperwork changes hands in a timely manner.
The Valuation Specialist works closely with the Senior Financial Analysts on each Transitions team to ensure that the mandatory valuation reports of the practice are in compliance with American Society of Appraisers (ASA) standards and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
